Il est impossible d'avoir le compte Administrateur en mode normal, uniquement en mode sans échec et sans mot de passe (c'est fait exprès).

C'est pénible, donc la solution :
Créer un nouveau compte administrateur avec mot de passe.
Puis le caché dans la base de registre pour que cette option n'apparaisse jamais.
Ça revient à créer une vague "porte arrière" (backdoor) très pratique pour passer en mode Admin.
